Pastors Chuck and Tami Evaline
Senior Pastors
Pastors Chuck and Tami Evaline experienced a spiritual rebirth at an early age and received the Holy Spirit in 1979. They exchanged vows on August 2, 1980, and are blessed with two daughters. Their eldest, Heather, is married to Jeremy Compton and has four sons and a daughter – Trenton, Brennan and his wife Abigail with their son Dean, Hagan, Colson, and Irelyn. Their younger daughter, Lindsey, married Tim Best and has three sons and two daughters – Logan, Landon, Easton, and Graclynn, Anistyn. Both daughters are actively involved in ministry. Following a brief period as Associate and Youth Pastors at a Baptist church, Pastors Chuck and Tami established Resurrection Ministries as an evangelistic organization in May 1982. Subsequently, RESURRECTION LIFE CHURCH was founded in September 1982 as an extension of Resurrection Ministries. The couple has participated in numerous global mission trips to spread the message of faith.

His testimony: I have been at Resurrection Life Church for over 28 years. Pastor Chuck has been the only Pastor that I have had my whole Christian life. I got saved when I was 27 years old in 1984. I grew up here in Jeffersonville, Indiana. I played sports and at the age of 13, while I was in 7th grade, I got mixed up in drugs and alcohol. My oldest brother, Jimmy, and his wife, Judy led me to Jesus and the Lord delivered me from drugs and alcohol instantly. Praise God for his grace and mercy!
Rev. Heather Compton
Student Ministries Director
Heather’s message about our Youth Group: Impact Youth is a dynamic group of young people ready to make an impact on the world! If you have a young person that is currently in 6th grade – 12th grade, I would like to personally invite them to youth group. We meet on Sunday nights at 6:00 p.m. With all of the pressure facing our youth today, it’s important that they be connected with a group of peers that will encourage them to stay on the right path. I believe that group is at Resurrection Life Church. Week after week they will hear the uncompromised Word of God, a word that may not be politically correct but can and will alter the course of a teenager looking for a place to fit in. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Rev. Josh Cook
Blessings! My name Bro. Josh Cook and I have been a member of Resurrection Life Church since 2013. I am a graduate of SMTI, an ordained five fold minister, the leader of our young adults group, and a member of our praise and worship team. My mom and dad raised me, my brother, and my sister in a Christian home. At the age of 8, I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and was water baptized by my dad. Although I knew Jesus, it wasn’t until I came to RLC, that I truly learned how to live by faith. This has changed my life forever! One of my biggest testimonies is being set free from anxiety! For over 10 years I was told that I would always have anxiety. But praise Jesus, after meeting Pastor Chuck, I learned that God’s Word says otherwise! And I can boldly declare, I am a living testimony that who the Son sets free is free indeed! I am blessed beyond measure and one of the greatest blessings is watching my wife and two daughters serve in God’s Kingdom right along side me.
Lindsey Best
Lindsey is the Praise and Worship Leader. She is Pastor Chuck and Tami’s youngest daughter. She has been leading praise and worship at Resurrection Life since 2007.
Lindsey’s message regarding praise and worship: Praise and worship is an important time in our service. We begin with upbeat music to help shake off the cares of the world and then transition into worship where we can focus on entering into His presence.
Beth Betsch
Beth is the Administrator and Treasurer for the Ministry. She handles all of the finances, coordinates the church events, activities, conferences, helps ministry. She serves on our Board of Directors and is also a member of the IMPACT Youth Council.
Carmen Croudep
I am a proud graduate of SMTI and have been serving as the dean since 2019. I have been a dedicated member of Resurrection Life Church since 2005. I also serve as the Bookstore Manager, Boutique Manager, and a member of the decor and clothing outreach teams. My passion lies in serving my community and spreading positivity through my work. My journey has been filled with experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others through my various roles at the church.
